before this light I didn’t care much about which light to use and looked at them all to be similar, this is far from the truth. I left this light outside at night accidentally when it was -25c (-13F) and it was all frosty and it still turned right on and still gets used daily, its been dropped on cement and rained on and it still works very well.
be advised when I bought a second one there was a different bulb, one had more of a blue tone but they both work very well.
Best flashlight ive ever had, will be buying StreamLight again

Couldn’t figure out the printed instructions to reprogram, so went online and found more detailed info. Reprogrammed to initial low followed by hi power on 2nd switch press. In that config it is the best small household flashlight I have seen. Low power is usually good for close work, and hi is quite bright, when needed. Also quite tough, and I prefer the plastic body compared to aluminum (which can have lots of corrosion issues if battery leakage happens).

Great durable light but it does not come with the pocket clip, it has to be purchased separately.

Great design light, tight focused really bright beam, easy to find battery type (it even came with 4 AA name brand batteries). Lifetime warranty from the manufacturer and a very reasonable price for such a bright light. I recently sent another streamlight flashlight the model 4AA LED light back to streamlight that was 5 years old and the reflector coating had peeled off. My light came back with a new reflector and new switch about 10 days later. Quick excellent customer service.

A fantastic AA battery powered flashlight by Streamlight. Intrinsically safe, and quite bright. My favorite flashlights are Streamlight, and this on and the Stinger HP are my favorites. Highly recommended!

Not the brightest, lightest, or smallest light ever, but it’s almost always the most convenient light for the job. Run time is great, brightness is great, control button is easy and somewhat fun to use, beam pattern is non-adjustable but almost always right, uses easy to find AA batteries. Construction and materials are quality, design is rugged. I haven’t been using anything else at home, work, or camping.

The light is great but this is more about my experience using the light in a BlackJack helmet light mount. I bought this to use on my Fire helmet. I bought this to replace a Streamlight 4aa propolymer because it’s brighter and has a low, high, and strobe function. I planned on using it with my Blackjack helmet light mount model BJ002. I searched all over trying to find something saying that this light would work with that particular mount because it’s the same shape as the Propolymer I had mounted before. Long story short, YES it does work, with a little coaxing. I had to force it into the mount, but it’s really secure and is actually a good fit. So good that I don’t need the screw used to hold the flashlight in place. I basically used a hammer and a piece of wood to not damage the light. Overall I am super happy with this setup.

Super bright 300 lumens flashlight with a really uniform beam. Battery life is only 3 hours, compared to 155 hours for their 67 lumen flashlight, but that’s the tradeoff for so much light. I own both the regular and the C4 versions of this flashlight. Get the 67 lumen flashlight, so you always have a working flashlight, and the 300 lumen C4 when you really need the extra light.
If it flickers, it might just be the batteries are getting low.
My C4 flashlight lasted almost three years and worked perfectly until the end. Don’t make the mistake I made and put alkaline batteries in this flashlight. Alkaline batteries, even Duracell and Eveready, leak even more often than they used to. Leaking fluid from a battery dissolves the electronics module and destroys the flashlight. Considering this is a $50 flashlight, use lithium batteries!

Love this light! The low setting is perfect for using the flashlight up close, and on High its pretty bright. I mean its not my Stinger HPL, but unless your looking at something 300 yards plus off, its pretty darn close. And the orange light is NOT orange, it is red which I prefer.. This is my new EDC work light.
