   Although the listing says this works for Streamlight Stinger DS, it does not. Based on the listing and the many positive reviews I purchased it but was disappointed. In the attached photo you see the old (button) tail cap on top, and the new one on the bottom. You can clearly see the width for the threads are distinctly different and thus does not work.

   I didn’t like having an end cap switch on my Streamlight Stinger. This is perfect. Unscrew the switch end cap and screw this on on. Easy peasy!

   I recommend you use streamlight’s website to verify the streamlight part # you need. I lost the tailcap on my Stinger LED, and this was the exact fit. Still a great flashlight.

   Wasn’t paying attention when I ordered the flashlight when I got the flashlight it had a push button on the tail cap I don’t like them because in my line of work they don’t hold up as well as a the regular cap the cap fit works great
