Not compatible with Shockwave models with Picatinny rails due to the mag tube being a different size
Features 20000 candelas, 1000 lumens, a beam distance of 283 meters and a run time of 1.5 on high mode

I purchased a Mossberg Shockwave and added a Streamlight TL-Racker. It worked perfectly…

Then I decided to add a Mossberg 18.5” 590 Breacher Barrel to replace the 14” and needed to replace the Streamlight as it was for the Shockwave and didn’t fit. Well guess what, the 500/590 version fits perfect and tight! The 590 Breacher Barrel is a heavy barrel, yet it fits like a glove. Highly recommend!

I’m going to list the only con first. — Con: The wiring linking the battery to the light is exposed and ready to be shorted by the metal of the barrel. I was already prepared for the solution as I have purchased UV activated resin previously for the mission of making a couple of flashlights water tight. I added a couple drops of resin to the exposed wiring, and after 5 to 10 minutes of UV light exposure, I was ready to use a Dremel tool to sand down the rise of the resin. After sealing and sanding the exposed circuit, this thing works as awesome as the concept could ever be expected to work. I personally believe this product should be $50 cheaper for the amount of work I had to put in to complete it. I’m only giving it three stars for the value of money because they need to finish making this product. Otherwise, it works fantastic and if they fix the small issue, this will be Five Stars all around!

Unreal light. Those who say it doesn’t fit on a 590a1 14inch are wrong. The 69602 model fits perfect, the light is so bright. Took 3 mins to install.

I ordered the model 69602 TL-Racker for my Mossberg 590 Shockwave. Upon assembly, the fit was horrible. I contacted Streamlight customer service and they informed me that Mossberg made two different action slides for the 590 Shockwave; The TL-Racker model 69602 fits the 6-3/4″ action, the TL-Racker model 69600 fits the 7-3/4″ action. Unfortunately, the 69600 model does not come with a strap. Check the measurement on your shotgun per the attached file to be sure you get the correct TL-Racker model. I will be returning this model and ordering the correct one.

This Streamlight 69602 TL-Racker 1000 Lumen Forend Light works wonders on my Mossberg 590 Shockwave. It’s designed was well thought out! The switch to turn the light on/off is right where your finger holds the forend grip. No thought about the whereabouts of the switch. Easy to use. Comes in handy for night use, it’s sure to blind your foe.

Are you thinking of a home defense weapon? Well, a shotgun is a great start. A Mossberg 500/590 or a Remmington 870 would be a nice way to go. Both offer 100s of accessories to create a defense gun that fits your needs. This being said, no home defense weapon should be without a light, a bright light. The “Streamlight” comes with a 1000 Lumen light. This light will cause a bat to flinch. You have two options built into the foregrip, constant on and intermittent. The controls are ambidextrous and very easy to use. The forward button is “light on”, the rearward button allows you flash the light on and off to further distract the baddy that has entered the WRONG house. Just racking a pump action shotgun raises the fear factor, add a flashing light in your eyes and most people would turn and run. No shots fired; job well done. Would you use this light outside, probably not, unless your law enforcement or military. I know this may seem like it’s a high price, but if you have to add a rail to your gun then find a light that works this easy, you WILL spend more. Be safe, be protected.

These are amazing lights that fit the M590 Shockwave very snug (if you use the correct install tool, pictured) it sits about twice as low as the OEM grip. Be aware, I paid full retail price for this yet streamlightoutlet.com sent me a VERY used one Mine did NOT come with batteries, instalation tools, warranty information, instruction booklet, StreamLight sticker etc or in OEM retail packaging. streamlightoutlet.com just sold me this super beat up flashlight that in a plastic bag. With a lovely sticker thanking me. I wouldnt have issue with that but this light clearly had corroded batteries that leaked in it at some point. This passed streamlightoutlet.com QC somehow so buyer be-warned.

Streamlight knows exactly what they’re doing. I’ve got the TRL 8 on my G23 and now the Tracker on my Mossberg 500 SPX. I installed myself with the help of a 6 min YouTube video. The Tracker is a solid, heavy duty, hard piece of composite material. Built like a brick, just not heavy like a brick, which is great. At 850 lumins it’s insanely bright. When running drills and the Tracker is pointed at me, I’m being told that I ALWAYS look straight down and away no matter how many times we run the drill. Knowing the Tracker will be pointed directly at me at some point in the drill, I try to change my behavior to not look away and, apparently, I can’t. This product is exactly what it says it is. Streamlight just hit another Grandslam. If you’re in the market for a tactical light for your HD or CQB shotgun, the Tracker is it. Just buy it. End of story. See my pics as a backup to my review.
