1. Buys Stuff I Don’t Need Verified Buyer – 3 May 2024

   Good small light if you need a small 1x AAA light. I prefer the 2x AAA Streamlight better but that’s only because it gives you more real estate to grab and has what I consider to be a perfect output for a small pocket light. Pros: • Compact light that is as wide as your palm. • Has a good stiff pocket clip that is removable and is folded over that will not damage material easily. • Good output for small tasks. Cons: • All the threads are a little rough. I brushed them all with a hard plastic bristled brush and then Coated them all with a small amount of grease. Make sure you use a grease that does not deteriorate rubber orings. • Tail cap is difficult to press/ click to make it stay on. You have to really work at it to make the switch click for constant on. The rubber cap needs to be inset further or the plastic clicky button needs to be longer. I cut a super thin pc of a pencil eraser and inserted it into the rubber cap hole. A pencil eraser is the perfect width. See pics I included to show difference in pocket clip design and tail cap modification. My multiple 2x AAA lights do not have the tail cap issue. Maybe my 1x light was just a tolerance stacking issue or the 2x lights are slightly different. I only deducted one star because most people with use the momentary on option over the constant on option for a small light like this.

   Listen, this would be a great EDC light, but as parents we already have our favorites from streamlight. When it comes to pricing this is a heck of a deal for the quality they deliver. My toddler is really into flashlights and i figured if im going to get her one of her own it might as well be good quality and sturdy. Something that wont flicker when she inevitably bangs it around and man is it tough. Its powerful for a little thing so wether we are camping or have a power outage she has a good real flashlight too. ill say if youre looking for an every day carry, something to store in a drawer, in your car, bag whatever, this is a good choice. And if you have a flashlight kiddo like me, dont waste your time buying those cheapies that break easy or burn out. This one wont dissapoint.

   I’ve used a lot of small flashlights over the years, but the Streamlight MicroStream really impressed me. Despite its compact size, it puts out a surprisingly bright 45 lumens, which is more than enough for most tasks.    EDC. I’ve carried this one for over 20 years. I use it more than my EDC knife. I always have a spare in case I lose it. It gets used every day… maybe because I have old eyes! I love that it’s AAA and not rechargeable. I can instantly have a fresh battery and be good to go. That also means there is no internal battery to degrade. If I don’t lose it, it will last almost forever. It’s not super bright, but the size is perfect for EDC. It’s constantly used to see dark spots (under the hood, down a water valve access pipe, you name it). It has also got me walked out of the boonies at 2am after a trail bike crash. I can’t recommend it enough.

   Lo volvería a comprar sin duda, streamlight es mi marca favorita de linternas, la he estado usando para llevarla encima en el dia a dia, para hacer deporte y va fantástico, tiene la potencia justa por si te quedas hasta muy tarde por el campo o haciendo running.

   El clip doble es muy útil para fijarla al bolsillo y para usarla como frontal enganchándola a la gorra.

   Sirve perfecto para buscar cosas que se te caen en el coche o en el suelo de noche, si pulsas a la mitad el botón se enciende hasta que lo sueltas, actualmente la llevo permanentemente en la mochila porque compré una de mayor potencia, streamlight también, que tenia modo estroboscópico y era más robusta para defensa personal.

    Having owned this light for 8 years, I can definitively say that this is a fantastic light, worth every penny. I bought the AAA battery version of this light, which I use every day at work. It’s bright enough for what I need, particularly when the battery literally last for years. The on/off switch has a nice, solid click too. This is a GREAT flashlight, especially for it’s size.

    This is the greatest pocket flashlight ever made. I have destroyed 3 of these lights over the past 5ish years of carrying them every day and am incredibly impressed by how robust they are. This is really a difficult thing to destroy, and every one has partially still worked despite my abuse. Reverse clip is perfect for use on a hat, which I always use in place of a headlamp which I find bulky and restrictive, there are no modes to deal with, just a pleasant, useful light level that isn’t too bright for up close work in tight aircraft service compartments where I often find this level of light most useful. One AAA battery, easy to carry extras, and a good few hours of output per battery. I own a stinger 2020 and this light, and between work and home I never find myself asking for anything else. These lights really aren’t that fancy or crazy like many of the Chinese brands with high output and hella modes, but damnit they just work

    This flashlight is bright for being only one aaa battery, but not so bright its blinding, or overpowering. Brighter than the flashlight on your phone, but fits in the pocket un noticeably. I use mine everyday. Lost my first one that i had for about 3 years. Carry everyday, including church, just like my knife. Battery lasts for about 2 1/2 hours. Replaced with a new one, then found my old one.. now i have a backup.
    Just want to add, mine gets dropped in the water every now and then, and after 3 years of edc, its still waterproof. Very reliable, i can’t say enough good about this light.
