The TLR-6 fits my Kahr pistol well. The installation was easy to understand. Anyone should be able to perform the install! The laser and light are well suited to the application. However, I would have prefered a green laser, as red can get lost is clothes with a combination of dark colors and plush texture. The adjustments are easy to make and precision. However, holstering the firearm can throw off windage a little. As such, I only trust the laser at defensive distances, which is ok. The on/off control buttons may have great ergonomics for some pistols, but for Kahr (which has a large trigger guard opening) the control is a LITTLE too far forward, even for my large hands. Maybe avoid for Kahr unless you wear Lg to XLG gloves. You can change the batteries without tools or removing the unit from the gun, which is huge benefit! The batteries are available online, but are too specialized to buy in grocery or home improvement stores (buy extras ahead of time). Keep in mind that it’s difficult (but not impossible) to find holsters for pistols with laser/light attachments. However, this product is no wider or longer than my gun, so it didn’t increase the overall size. I make my own holsters and the small size of the TLR-6 made my job easier. I’ve mentioned several minor cons, but I’m pleased with my purchase and may buy one for my other pistols, certainly my other Kahr.

Easy to install, I like the controls, bright enough, but…
1. Strike one: After practicing with it for only 5 minute on day 1, carrying it in my pocket on day 2, I tried it in the middle of the night on day 2, to see how it might fare as a nightstand gun, and the switch on the right had already malfunctioned. It wouldn’t make the light stay on. Fussing with it some more, I’m convinced it is an electronics issue. This alone would make me return it.
2. Strike two. Even once mounted firmly on the Kahr PM9, i can still gently tug on the unit (relative to the pistol) and visually see the unit move—not a reliable laser!! (I’m putting my crimson trace back on!)
3. Strike three. Even if it weren’t for strikes 1 and 2, I believe that the internal mechanism design is inferior because of how the laser goes out of zero simply by me taking a few dry fire practice shots. Ridiculous!

I was pleasantly surprised by this light. It was bright enough to see and identify objects. The laser was easy to adjust. I set it to the light and laser on at the same time. The light fits tight to my Kahr CM9. I have some difficulty at times activating the button but I just need to train at it. Definite buy!

These lights are beyond amazing for a small sub-compact pistol. I have one on my Glock 43 and my Khar CM9, and they fit perfect, are bright as hell for such a small light. the laser is good as well, easy to get sighted in, and I like the option of being able to use just the light, or just the laser, or both. the included batteries in my Glock light have been good for over a year, w/ limited use, but I function test it every few days, as it’s my EDC off-duty. Get a holster that allows your gun w/ the light on it, (I recommend the Tulster brand) and you’ll never notice the added weight or change in shape, since it’s so slim and fits perfectly. Even IWB holsters are good w/ this light. Most shootings happen in low-light conditions, so don’t get caught in the dark with a gun and not be able to identify your target!

For those that say the light is not the brightest, it is it certainly fully adequate.
For those that would not put a laser on a EDC, they are the ones that must always put their eyeball in line with their target, that may be shooting back.
Switches require a firm, deliberate press. A good thing.
Batteries can be replaced without removing device.
Laser is generally reviewed to hold its zero, few lasers do.
Helps keep your pistol upright in your front pocket

TL;DR version: The light is bright. The laser is very noticeable even in daylight, and has held zero after 200 rounds. (Please note that I have not tested this with +P rated ammunition) The unit weighs next to nothing. The only downside is, you’ll need a new holster. Other than that it’s great!
