   In order to mount this to a ACH it has a mount that fits just right. But if you want to mount it to the NVG mount you have to buy an adapter. But overall this light is great.

   This little light is great! I keep it in my battle belt and prefer it over a full size light. I appreciate the flexibility to use AAA, AA and CR123 batteries. I mainly use it as a handheld and being able to go hands free and use the head strap has proven to be useful. I’ve also got the pic adapter attached to my team Wendy helmet and use the IR function often when I’m using nods.

   I bought this to use during a Military Simulation where I knew I’d be out doing patrols and tactical movement, and possibly combat in the dark. The included rail adapter proved handy to attach the head lamp to my Team Wendy helmet. The included clip had a gap that was too large to attach to a non-ballistic helmet.

   I used all three light modes. The IR was particularly helpful when maneuvering with night vision devices. I also used the included head band when I was navigating through camp without my helmet on.

   It’s not the most comfortable but it’s waterproof and reliable. If they made one that used a AAA and was smaller I would buy it immediately.

   Really nice light for low light applications and light discipline. Easily mounted and easy to use. Very great to manipulate the angle to light up what your working on. However? For the price and material it should be less. Quality made but breaks very frequent and easy. Service departments and warranty do take very good care of you but takes awhile for repairs. Pops of mount very easily and can easily break with soft contact. Simply placing my ACH with the attachment on vehicles it easily pops off time to time or the vibrations easily break/dislodges components on the unit.
