   I have had my streamlignt for a few weeks. Beam has three settings low, medium and high. Led is a single element with a fixed lens that only rotates up or down. The only two intensity settings are spotlight and floodlight. The spotlight setting seems to meet all of my needs. The strap is comfortable and hopefully will last before stretching out and falling off like many of my past headlamp straps have done. I also ordered a spare battery to have on hand so I don’t have to wait the 4 hours it takes to recharge the battery when I am in the middle of a project. Only time will tell but my first impressions are very positive.

   The spot light has 3 settings and the highest is super bright. Wish the flood light setting was brighter but it is worth the price. Would buy again if wanting a replacement.

   If you already own a Strion flashlight with the piggyback charger like I do then this is the headlamp you want. I depend on my headlamp a lot at home because I do a lot of work outside after work (mainly mechanic work) and when the light goes dead I just walk over to my work truck where my charger for the Strion is and pop a fresh battery in it. No waiting for it to charge or going through AA/AAA’s. It’s also plenty bright for any task

   Exaclty what I was looking for. This headlamp is great! I am an Auto Technician. I needed something to stay the same brightness all day long. I was tired of swapping AAA batteries in my other lamps after 15-30 mins. Very nice feature one press on and then later one press off. Dont have to cycle through all the functions every time. I does have some weight to it on the back but the battery power is well worth it. Maybe not for running or jogging. Usually the lowest setting is sufficient for my needs.

   Pro mechanic here. I have two at work and one for the house. This is the only headlamp I will buy after owning several other brands and some being very expensive. This is just a no bs headlight.

   Very happy. Took two photos, top is no light, bottom is light from only the headlamp and no other light source. If it can light up total darkness to get all this detail, imagine what it can do for an already lit area.

    I’ve used this headlamp daily in aircraft maintenance for 5 years now. It’s taken an absolute beating and works as well as day one. Love that I can swap batteries with my stream light strion. It’s a tad on the heavy side but reasonable. I love that stream light sells replacement parts online. Ordered a replacement headband for less than $5. I wish it was a bit brighter but other than that and the weight, it’s perfect.
