   I broke my last hat clip and bought these they seem to have better durability that I can see. They work very well they aren’t loose at the hinge they hold there position very well while working. I will be recommending these to my coworkers.

   I’m an industrial mechanic and I’m climbing in and around machines all day. I have two of the bandit lights and I keep one charged in my box for when my battery dies. I bought a few extra mounts because they always break at the hinge. Maybe the hardhat just lands right but my whole crew wears them and the mount could be just a little better. Light is great though.

   I was so happy to find replacement clips . As I have five or more of these head light and they tend to get a little bet up at work . I use the head lights a lot as I work in the construction field and I am installing cabling and equipment above ceiling in business. One of my clips had broke and so I would leave one unclimbed and on the charger. Then when of the lights would chargerd I would I I clip the next light and put the charged on the hard hat and keep working. ( always waiting for the next clip to break) . So I order a couple to be ready if another breaks as the do get used .

   These clips are a little pricey but it’s cheaper than buying the whole light. They work great I purchased 2 that way I would have an extra.

   This costs a third the price as the whole light, although compact & flexible there are two weak points that keep breaking. I’m sure you engineered those onto the design though.
