   I got tired of lubing the light prior to shooting then still having to scrub it after.
   This product was perfect keeping all carbon away! Shooting 500rds of dirty steel ammo at a time and the light still looks like it came out of the box!

   I purchased this for my Streamlight TLR-1 HL, and I am very unhappy with the price of this product. It does fit on the tactical light, but is very basic. It feels like something that should have just come with the light, especially for the $140 dollar price rag. This thing feels like it should cost like 6 or 7 dollars at most. This thing just feels like a real money grab for something they could probably just include with their more expensive tactical lights

   I have been smearing vaseline on my Streamlight TLR-2 lens for years – cause as everyone knows, when you blast through about 300 rounds of 9mm with your TLR-2 mounted below the barrel of your S&W Tactical 5906, or any other 9, the residue collects on your TLR-2 clear lens and just makes it murky as hell, and the stuff is hard to get off if you don’t coat it. Well, no more of that mess – this lens cover actually stays on while I am shooting, and I have a perfectly clean and clear lens when I need it. Also, the laser still works perfectly with the lens cover mounted, so unless you are using the laser you can just leave it on. The laser light is recessed, and underneath the light, and I have never had a problem with it getting dirty. I highly recommend this light cover – fits great and does its’ job.
