If you have a 80.00 TLR and a 1300.00 USP .45 Full size tactical or standard you need this adapter. I haggled for months over spending 200.00 on the M2 light made for the USP. Honestly I think the TLR-3 and addapter set up is better and does not stick out past the barrel. So if you are looking to spend under 100 dollars for a light set up your USP consider this and save money for your night sights!

Some of the older reviews mention a loose fit on the USP rail, and needing to use a couple strips of tape to add a little thickness. On my recent production USP, this kit seems to give a good, snug fit.
I don’t know if this is due to variations in the USP rail, or if Streamlight made a change to the kit or to the TLR-3 itself. I just wanted to let everyone know that at least as of 2023, it is possible you may be able to get a good fit without having to use tape as a shim.

Great fitment, great legacy retrofit option for USP’s. Don’t think for a moment you’re gonna buy a holster that fits a light bearing USP with a TLR-3 on it, but it is one of the only true factory-fit options (that has more than 10 lumens and weighs less than 50 lbs). The “bump in the night” will be blinded successfully. Also, I would consider your finger length when considering this mounting- you will need frog fingers to reach the switch when mounted in the rearmost position.

Title says it all, absolutely fine product, I just couldn’t get it tight enough on a tlr-1 to fit my USP full size so I trimmed my light housing and used the factory streamlight clamp instead.
