I bought this assembly because I thought it would solve my problem. To wit, the Strion would only illuminate when the tail cap was screwed all the way in; I was not able to just click the switch to the on position. I was able to do that when light was new. Bought the assembly, but no difference. I’m totally lost. What do I try next? Should there be a spring in the assembly? Help, please!!! Certainly not the seller’s fault: well-packed and good service. Advice, please!!!
