I purchased the Yellow Streamlight Polystinger and it is exactly what I needed. I’m in the automotive industry and this light holds up from drops on the concrete shop floor, to rolling into puddles of antifreeze, or just getting downright dirty from my hands. This thing is amazing and I’ve never had the battery die on me, not once. It’s so convenient to snap on and off of the charger on top of my toolbox too. My go-to flashlight

Rugged /simple /practical flash light for daily industrial/trades use. Beam on high is more than powerful enough for practical use, I tend to use it on medium or low in tight quarters working on large machines. On low the battery life is @ least as long as advertised. Expensive, but seems to be worth it

For over 16 years I had been a big fan of MagLite. Streamlight is my new MagLite. I had changed all of my 3 D Cell MagLites over to LED bulbs. The smaller lighter Streamlight Polystinger LED is much brighter. The 3 light levels high, med, low are very useful and the strobe light function in fun but geared more for law enforcement, however I can see uses for it in industry. The Polystinger is non conductive and safe to use around live electrical equipment which I need in my line of work. Besides not being able to use it as a hammer like I can with my aluminum MagLite in my opinion this light is untouchable in quality. I leave it in the charger in the truck all the time which according to Streamlight will not harm the light so it is always ready to go when I need it. I will be buying more Streamlight’s in the future, most likely in aluminum for around the house and my other trucks only because the aluminum is harder for striking things (ex. knocking someone upside the head). One thing that I wish I had done is buy the light with the tail cap switch. It fits in a back pocket but if you need to carry it on you often I would suggest a belt holster for it. You can’t go wrong with this light.

Un peu cher mais de très bonne qualité. Solide elle vous donnera entièrement satisfaction. Ne pas oublier de prendre le chargeur avec l’achat de cette lampe.
Elle a une très grande portée et ne se décharge pas vite.

This is my second StreamLight 76106 PolyStinger, and for that reason is because the first one I (still have) after 15 years is showing age?
As a heavy truck mechanic I use this light 80% of the day.
I have (4) other spare batteries, so I know I have plenty of battery life.
My first light is showing age, by the
(push button) had (2) settings and the light switch at times doesn’t work to my way.
I can send the light back to the manufacturer for repair, but I will be without.
The battery life works well, anywhere’s from 4-6 hours of usage, depending upon how long you have it on continually. I recommend getting a spare battery, which price out around $25-30.
Very lite weight, too where I have to place the light in my mouth in order to use both hands in order to see what I’m doing.
(To bad what others think, when they see me with a flashlight in my mouth, I’m getting work done!!!).
It does clean up nicely.

In my opinion, this is one of the better streamlight products. It’s certainly sturdier than the original stinger. I use it professionally, and it does occasionally get dropped, with no ill effects. The button does start sticking after a few years. And the lens is NOT scratch resistant, even though it’s labeled as such. Heads up . . . when the lens gets sufficiently scratched up, the light out will greatly diminish. Once the lens is replaced, all is back to normal. I’m no glass or plastics expert, but I so far haven’t found anything to acceptably polish those plastic lenses. Another thing . . . after several years, the ribbed grip will start to split and separate from the body. On the metal body stingers, if you drop the light, the body will sometimes dent. That doesn’t happen with the polystinger. Also, on some of the metal body led stingers, if you drop them, the head will actually start to separate from the body, causing an annoying bad connection. Again, that won’t happen with this polystinger.

Best flashlight I have ever used. I bought this one as a replacement for my current light. It is 5 plus years old and the rubber cover over the switch fell apart. I am an auto tech and use it every day for hours at a time. That switch has 1,000’s of cycles on it. It has been dropped hundreds of times. I have the piggyback charger so you have a spare battery up & ready when your current one dies. It gets hung on the charger after work every day and I have never had battery issues. Never have to stock up on batteries anymore.
