   The batteries rattle inside the tube. No other Streamlight flashlight does that. Not even Olights rattle. It gives the light a cheap feeling with little care tighter tolerances.

   Other than that, the light 10-Tap is very convenient. I appreciate the regulated light output. And the back button is not exceeding difficult to push.

   Streamlight nailed it with this flashlight. I own a ton on flashlights and this is the one I carry. The design is near perfection in simplicity, with all the features you want and nothing extra to confuse you or break. It’s very bright! Uses common batteries. Compact. Pocket clip. One tailcap button that works 100% reliably. I like the fact I have a dim mode but I hate the flashing mode and wish I could remove it, and just have high and low only. There is only one thing I’d love to see from Streamlight (are you listening?)…I want a 3AA light like this, long and thin! The flashlight world is inundated with short fat flashlights. No one makes a good very long very thin light which will slide in a pocket easily like this but longer.

   Turns on and off. Ten Tap programmable feature failed about two months in, now it’s just on and off. The light is almost too bright when the batteries are fresh since the ten tap programmable failed. When the ten tap worked it was a great product, now it just ok.
