   I am a auto tech by profession and use streamlight flashlights exclusively, I probably have spent close to $1k in streamlight flashlights. They are bulletproof, I watched my last pen light get run over by a mustang that was going about 50mph, the flashlight was bent but still worked, but I couldn’t open the charge port so they warranted it out for me no charge. They have been dropped in lots of different fluids and they just keep working…I won’t buy any other brand of flashlight.

   As a mechanic, I like to keep a flashlight with me at all times. This pocket sized Streamlight is perfect for the task! It is plenty bright to see what I need to see and holds a charge long enough to get work done. USB rechargeable is ultra convenient!    These stream-lights are awesome flashlights. They’re plenty bright, lightweight and convenient. I’ve owned two of the battery powered ones before this, and I’ll likely never use a different flashlight. Although I will admit it seems like I got more life out of the battery powered one rather than this rechargeable one. Also the micro usb port got damaged early on in the ownership. It was my fault I believe, but one of the pins on the connector got damaged and now the LED is sketchy. Be careful when plugging it in or removing the charger. Otherwise this product is great, its bulkier than the battery powered version, but it’s not a big deal. Even working 50 hour workweeks as an automotive technician, as well as using it at home, it would last a week on a charge. You wont regret using a streamlight stylus.
