I've had this flashlight for years, and the lens was so scratched up it was making the light dim. Instead of paying $200 plus for a new light I just replaced the lens, I'll keep using this until the led burns out 👍

  • This light has been awesome. I’ve got one at work and one at home. Even after upgrading to a high end LEDLENSER I still use this almost every day as it allows the user to comfortably rest their head, in my case, on a creeper. You can comfortably run this ~6+ hours a day if you spend another 20 bucks for a stream light battery, which is safe to leave on the charger. Otherwise you can expect 3-4 hours. Can’t beat the value for money!

This light is so bright and is very small. Best flash light I've ever had.

Never leave home without my strion as stated above one of my most important tools besides my hands as a mechanic I’d say this one os a must have for any automotive technician

  • Fits stinger, stinger led, stinger hp, stinger hpl. The plastic ring is very sturdy and strong, plus it won't scratch your flashlight.

  • Big fan of Streamlight flashlights since I started as an auto tech mid 2000s. Very bright and slim to where you can get the light to where you need to see. You will not be disappointed.

  • This model (68244, same number) was recently updated with a newer, brighter LED (200 lumens). Very cool, except they did not change anything else to account for the new LED's slightly different size/shape, and instead of an even spot like the old one it makes the ugly blue/yellow rings you would normally see in a generuc flashlight. Some portion of the increased brightness is going into those ugly rings, so you are not getting as much benefit as you might expect.

  • In the day of expensive tactical lights and USB recharging cords....this little light is a "bright spot" (pun completely intended). It runs on two plain old AA batteries, it's plenty bright and the secondary LED that sits 90 degrees to the main light, in combination with the magnetic base, does it all from an impromptu work light that doesn't require a 3rd hand, to providing outstanding light at your feet when taking the dogs out, which greatly aids in avoiding the product of previous trips outside with the dogs. The clip doesn't fit super tight, but this is easily remedied with a small piece of 1" heat shrink tubing available at any decent hardware store, and probably right here on streamlightoutlet.com. I can't recommend this light enough, super pleased with it, especially for the price.

Read the instructions and after three tries with soaping both the flashlight barrel and sleeve I couldn't push it any further down than half way. You'll tear your flashlight up before you get this sleeze on. Had water and soap everywhere. I had to cut the new sleeve off as it wouldn't come off either. Don't waste your time or money with replacing, just stick with a smooth barrel or wrap some tennis racket tape around it!

  • I love this flash light! It's powerful, very bright, has multiple settings and it's rechargeable?! You can charge both the flashlight and extra battery at the same time. It comes with two batteries and it's own sturdy charging stand that can be mounted wherever, and a car charger adapter. I received it as a gift from my boyfriend and I love it! Compact, it fits in an extra sunglasses bag. (to protect the lense) I keep it in my day backpack. The flashlight has three brightness levels and a strobing/dazzler setting for emergencies. Yes, it gets hot when used for extended period of time, which can be a handy warmer if it's cold outside! Lol While I have seen other Streamlights out and about, this particular model is not sold in any local stores. Long battery life, I charged it initially and after a few months of idle use it hasn't died yet. I would absolutely recommend! -Extra sunglasses bag not included.

  • Picture above is 10-12 feet from wall. Gives you idea that is more spot than flood. Sufficient for home defense, and doing (unloaded) mirror test the light is bright enough to disorient but definitely not 500 lumen bright. Inside room light but not bigger space light. More concerning is placement of activation button. See pic 2. It is not very pronounced, and the shallow channel is supposed to guide your finger to button. None of that feels intuitive to me yet. More dry fire training needed with light. My fingers are short and I cannot reach the button naturally from my normal shooting grip. I’ve been spoiled by other lights with toggle activation at rear of light or holster activated systems. The weapon is so sleek and compact you hate to put a big light on it but I may do some future shopping for one easier and more natural to activate. For the budget friendly price this is a solid WML if you consider the caveats I listed above that may not be same for you.

Works very well and good quality. I actually used it for a different brand of headlight that needs same exact parameters band (but doesn't sell replacement bands apparently) and very happy with result. Asides from brand-names-salad outcome, performance wise: outstanding!

  • Bright as youd expect fro. Streamlight I buy alot of their ligts for work they are legitimately the toughest ligts iver ever owned. Picture attached are the 3 streamlights I always use on the tow truck.

  • It is easy to operate, multi color lamp: white, red and blue (my favorite colors) in high and low brightness. The IR light is very low, I will need to buy another IR light, but it does the job I like it and it looks cool.
