  • I got the one for my full size S&W M&P 9mm and it fits and work really well. The light is a lot brighter than I expected it would be. Very happy with the purchase.

  • Seems sturdy, plenty of light, good price at $80. Non adjustable on rail. Would be nice if it could come back a little further to reach with trigger finger but will work just fine.

  • Flashlight only says Stinger and has a S/N, nothing else. Bought it around 2005 or 2006 and has been sitting in a charger the entire time with very little use. No clue what model it is but guessing it is a classic. Streamlight 75768 Stinger LED C4 Upgrade Kit does not work with the classic stinger. It kit itself looked good and had everything to upgrade a stinger to LED, but not this one. P/N for Streamlight Stinger Classic Upgrade kit, 940055. Not sold at streamlightoutlet.com.

  • The TLR-6 is the first modification I made to my M&P Shield 9 and my Springfield XD 9, and this one looks even better than it did on my XD. Installation: there are 3 hex screws that clamp the left and right housing to the light & laser cartridge assembly. Using the included hex wrench, remove the 3 screws, take off the outer shell/housing where you had accessed the screws, then rest the firearm into the remaining half of the housing. Press firmly until the firearm's trigger guard is tightly seated into the housing, then take the other half of the housing and firmly press it into place and reinstall the 3 hex screws. Lastly, unsnap the latch on the bottom of the TLR-6 to access the battery compartment and install the 2 included 1/3N size batteries (they officially recommend only Duracell or Energizer brands). Operation: the TLR-6 has 3 settings: laser only, light only, then laser + light. These settings can be cycled by pressing both the left and right side buttons simultaneously. Pressing only one of these side buttons will toggle on/off the last chosen setting. The laser can be calibrated by using the included hex wrench on the screw openings on the bottom (horizontal/wind adjustment) and left (vertical/elevation adjustment) of the TLR-6. To zero/calibrate the laser sight, I went to an indoor shooting range and placed my target at about 10 yards. I then adjusted the laser to be roughly on point with the iron sight on that same target, then adjusted the elevation screw depending on high/low my bullet strikes actually landed. Worth noting that the distance you use to zero the laser will determine how high/low your bullets will strike. If you shoot at a distance less than your zero range, the bullet will strike high and vice versa for shooting at a distance greater than your zero range. Overall I'm very happy with the TLR-6. It's nice and bright and complements the aesthetics of the handgun so well that it would look factory to a layman. If you plan to CCW, then I'd also recommend taking a look at the "M&P SHIELD 9/40 w/ TLR-6 Tuckable IWB KYDEX Holster" at Concealment Express. I use these together when carrying and it's a snug fit. My only feedback is the same I gave for the XD variant on the TLR-6: it would be nice to engineer a tool-less installation design and/or one that doesn't require a total disassembly of the shell housings from the laser/light cartridge to install.

Great light, works as advertised. The image is the IR light not white light. This photo is taken with White phosphorous night vision at approximately 20 feet distance in a pitch black building. I used the IR light to navigate the structure. I have used it on my handgun at 100 yards with similar results.

I asked the seller before i order this if it was a deep dish. This is not a deep dish.

  • It's a better than decent WML with green laser. The only thing I will say that I don't like about the WMLL is that it isn't flush with my DS Prodigy 4.25. But it's close enough so I'm pretending to be okay with it. Battery life is cool so far. The laser of course last longest individually. I mainly run the laser and no light. Super easy to install and operate. But honestly, could have been $100 cheaper for what you get.

Product was advertised as a 12 pack of batteries - I only received a 2 pack of batteries.

  • this steamlight stringer DS led holster is tough and buttons strong I'm very happy with your items i brought (2) and thank you. Manuel Alarcon.

  • After over 2 decades of Law Enforcement this is the brightest, most reliable light I've ever experienced. It mounted quite nicely in the rear of my 4Runner.

  • This light is fantastic. I bought it because I wanted to keep a flashlight in my car for emergencies, and everywhere I looked I kept seeing people advising against alkaline batteries (leaking) and lithium-ion rechargeables because they can be affected by high heat (I live in Southern California, so summers can bake your car. This light is different though. Not only did they figure out a way to have a battery compartment that accepts CR123a, AA and in a pinch, AAA batteries, but since you can use lithium primary batteries (non-rechargeable), you can stock this away in your car or go bag for YEARS, and the batteries will still be good, and won’t be affected by the high heat! Currently using the included lithium CR123a battery, which gives it the best output (40 Lumens low, 350 Lumens on high!), and have included pics of both modes. Plenty of light for when you find yourself in a jam. I have extra CR123a lithium batteries, so this will stay in my car with spares for the foreseeable future. It will also use alkaline batteries, though with lower output, but still good. So basically, if you want a flashlight that you can set and forget, this is the one to get.

  • This is the greatest pocket flashlight ever made. I have destroyed 3 of these lights over the past 5ish years of carrying them every day and am incredibly impressed by how robust they are. This is really a difficult thing to destroy, and every one has partially still worked despite my abuse. Reverse clip is perfect for use on a hat, which I always use in place of a headlamp which I find bulky and restrictive, there are no modes to deal with, just a pleasant, useful light level that isn't too bright for up close work in tight aircraft service compartments where I often find this level of light most useful. One AAA battery, easy to carry extras, and a good few hours of output per battery. I own a stinger 2020 and this light, and between work and home I never find myself asking for anything else. These lights really aren't that fancy or crazy like many of the Chinese brands with high output and hella modes, but damnit they just work

  • Upon opening I immediately noticed the quality was better than I anticipated. The beam and focus are outstanding. Better life is what streamlight claims. Con: long time to charge the batteries

  • The screws for the M-lock attachment don’t fit. This is the only stream light product I’ve ever had a problem with. I can still attach via picatinny but the mount is garbage. I’m extremely disappointed.
