Pretty easy to install. I found the nuts a little hard to seat in the grooves but that's small potatoes. It works on my RIA AG 12 gauge.

  • I finally installed this today after picking up my first 1911. I wanted to use this for home defense and instead of spending a few hundred dollars more for a tactical rail version 1911, I purchased this trigger mounted TLR-6 for my loaded SS Springfield Armory. It's a tight fit and I couldn't get it to install by following the directions. They want you to install the smaller half first, then bend the tab on the larger half to lock. Not sure if it's because I have a full size 1911, but I couldn't get it on that way. After trying for 10 minutes I installed the larger half first instead, then installed the smaller half and it snapped into place instantly. It fits snug and after tightening the screws it doesn't move at all. The longer barrel on my 1911 doesn't block any light or caused any install issues. This gun is already heavy and I don't need a larger light (such as the TLR-1) for indoors anyway. The TLR-6 is perfect for close quarter combat. Great product and I will update after taking to the range. UPDATE 12/18/16. Finally went to the shooting range and shot through 300 rounds. Light is still nice and tight and works perfectly well. Updated picture with new WC grips.

  • I have been carrying this flashlight daily for 3 years and have no real complaints with it. It is small and light enough to easily fit in a pocket without getting in the way. The lower brightness setting is ideal for general everyday tasks, and I would consider the high setting plenty bright for a flashlight of this size - you can easily light up an area within ~50yds in front of you. Switching between the 2 brightness levels is also simple and without hassle. I've also smacked this light around, resulting in scrapes and dents, but it has held up well. Overall, I think this light is a great value for an general purpose EDC light.

  • Light is really bright and works well! However, if you plan on using it with a holster, make sure to just get a different light. Or be prepared to have troubles getting your firearm out of the holster. The rubber seal on the battery compartment came out slightly and has basically made it impossible to holster anything with this light on.

I know Streamlight products tend to have a higher price range than your average flashlight but Streamlight products tend to have a higher quality than your average flashlight. 🔦

  • I went back and forth between the Wedge and the Wedge XT. The Wedge XT was exactly what I was looking for. I programmed it to have low beam first, then the higher output light. This fits great in a front pocket, but I was looking for a different option and purchased a Topstache knife sheath. It fit a little tight at first but broke in after a few days. I did notice the Wedge XT would sometimes turn on in my pocket, but no big deal. USB C charging is nice, I preferred this over the OLight magnetic base charging because I would need several, for home, work, etc. Cons: I really don't have any. Yes, the price is a little steep, but I own two Streamlight Strion lights and a Strion Switchblade and I have always liked Streamlight quality.

  • I have now had this spotlight for 6 years and it's my go-to when I need a light for outdoors activities. I have taken it in several different environments and it always delivers very bright light at a very long range. Well over 100 yards of clear visibility. Battery life is also great! Once a year I change the batteries and that's even with my two kids playing with it. Very durable. Dropped and thrown many times. Submerged in water a few times and still works with no water intrusion. Definitely recommend this light.

Got this to replace the regular clip on the stream light stylus. Highly recommend anyone do this I’ve used the hat clip part at least 3 times in a week.

Works great. Just what I need for a traffic wand.

Spend about $4 more and get model number 75768. It says that it’s not for a C/C4 light, but it fits perfectly, comes with a new lens and reflector, and is twice the lumens at 700. This one is only 350 lumens.

  • Purchased end of Dec 2022. It's June 1st and this headlamp flickers and goes out. Only used maybe 3 times. As you see in pictures there is zero wear. Fully charged lasts 2 hours. It's non returnable because u didn't get the 2yr extended warranty.... streamlightoutlet.com has no way to return under 1 yr... I didn't get the extended warranty because I've NEVER had an issue with streamlight products... I have 3 of the big battery pack headlamps they are still going strong after 5 years of daily use 1 is 13yrs old!!! Don't waste ur money on this headlamp go big or have issues with this style... I own a transmission shop and headlamps are essential in my line of work. The last picture is the bigger one with battery pack (the other big ones are on heads lol being used) go BIG or be left in the DARK! HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE I TOOK THE TIME TO WARN ⚠️ YOU!!

  • First - I'm a skilled electronics bench tech. which turned out to be useful in this case. I bought a used Streamlight TLR-6 (specific model #69284) from streamlightoutlet.com as I usually have good luck with used/re-furb. products. It arrived quickly but that one was the wrong unit - it did not fit my SIG 365X even though it was marked as such (P365 - but the series is the same) on the package. Who was at fault for that one; the wrong unit in the correct package? It was also missing one case screw and the Allen wrench. I returned it and streamlightoutlet.com was completely and immediately responsive. So I decided to try another used unit. The credit from the first one was applied to the second and it added only another ~$4. That one again arrived quickly and this time it fit perfectly. Unfortunately it was also defective - the light worked but not the laser. Damn! I really didn't want to go through another return so I decided to first rip into it to see if the "fix" was simple. Once I opened up the internal housing I found that the laser unit was completely disconnected from the circuit board! I'm assigning that one to Streamlight. I assume they test their products before shipping them but somehow this one was not built well and the wires for the laser broke free from the circuit board at some point, maybe in shipping? It took some further disassembly on my part to clear the solder connections and get that laser re-soldered to the circuit board...but bottom line - Success! The unit now works as intended. Looks like I'll need to make a minor adjustment to the windage but otherwise I'm now happy with the purchase given the reduced price...and another chance to use my skills! Time will tell if it holds up. I'm giving this a "3" overall rating because of the quality issues. Streamlight is responsible for the non-functioning laser and streamlightoutlet.com is responsible for shipping me a "used" unit that was in fact defective. NOTE TO streamlightoutlet.com: Customers return products for a variety of reasons, but when they are declared "defective' maybe you should check them out before sending them to yet another unsuspecting customer! I may adjust my rating up or down depending on my experience on the range...

  • I got sent a used light. A few of the different rail adapters were just sitting in the box and obvious scratches on the screw that tightens the light to the rail. Obvious that the battery had already been put in and used. Pretty bummed and annoyed.

  • Surprisingly poor fit. Unable to tighten to my satisfaction without stripping. ( instructions warn not to over-tighten ) Fully expecting possible movement after firing.
