I like this light so much I bought one for all of the crew members At our base. When you’re working nights it’s really important to have a light that you know is going to perform when you need it

  • My least favorite streamlight wml design, however my 43x doesn’t have a rail so, limited on options. Works well though. It fits snug and doesn’t move around, and is extremely slim and unobtrusive. Light output is decent for the size, and more than enough for a subcompact edc pistol.

  • This is an amazing flashlight. It is very bright and has a good battery life on a fully charged Streamlight SL-B26 battery. It does get hot relatively fast when turned on at full brightness.

  • I had been in the market for quite sometime casually looking around some 3rd party H&K parts websites to buy an attachable rail mounted tactical light for my .40 H&K P30 firearm. After comparing several models, I happened to come across the Streamlight 69250 TLR-2 G Tactical Light. In the interest of saving some money on shipping, etc., I checked to see if this model was available through streamlightoutlet.com and it (obviously) was. And I must say that I am extremely happy with my purchase. This light is excellent for my needs in a potential home defense situation. With the various modes of operation, ease of attachment/detachment, and of course price point, the TLR-2 G is well worth the buy if you are looking for a rail mounted tactical light for your firearm. I was very happy with how easy it was to install/attach the TLR-2 G to my firearm. One of the advantages to this model, is that it fits several different rail styles to include Glock-style, Picatinny, Beretta 90two, S&W 99 and S&W TSW. This gave me peace of mind that I wouldn't have any issues attaching the TLR-2 G, or even worse, having to send it back because it didn't support my rail system. The TLR-2 G has you covered. Even better, if you have other firearms that have a rail system you can be assured that your TLR-2 G will work on most/all of them. Be sure to double-check your firearm's owners manual to see which rail system (if any) that you have before purchase. The extra cross check never hurts. As far as the various modes of operation go, the TLR-2 has a silver toggle switch that allows for 3 modes of operation. 1) Laser and Light, 2) Laser only, and 3) Light only. There is a 4th mode of operation that allows you to strobe the light if necessary, but it is not controlled by this small switch (that I am aware of). The switch itself does not turn on the light, it just sets the mode of operation. The light is "turned on" by pushing one of the two paddles on the backside of the unit. Completely depressing the right paddle will allow the light to be on continuously and freeing your hand(s) to do other things. Pushing the left paddle will temporarily turn the unit on and remain on for as long as the paddle is depressed. Releasing the paddle will turn off the light. In order to initiate the strobing mode of the unit you have to, in my own words, "double-tap" the left paddle and on the second "tap", hold down the paddle. Consistently activating the strobing mode takes a bit of getting used to, but once you get the muscle memory, it works like a charm. This was probably the hardest thing for me to initially get used to, but is more my problem than a product flaw, in my opinion. If you prefer not to have strobing, the instruction manual dictates how to disable it. To re-enable strobing you follow the same steps as deactivation. I was able to test how bright the 200 lumen light was in both the normal (continuous) and strobing modes in semi-dark and completely dark rooms and the light is blinding if you are unfortunate enough to be in direct line of sight. The swath of bright white light that the TLR-2 G provides ensures you can confidently identify your target with no mistaken intentions or identification. The strobing effect is extremely strong in my opinion and is a much valued asset and force multiplier in disorienting a would be intruder, especially in tight or closed quarters. Even to me, standing directly behind the light, the strength and effect of the strobe even surprised me. I have yet to live-fire with the light attached, but I did dry-fire my firearm and I was still able to comfortably and securely handle my firearm even with the light attached. Based on the other reviews, I feel confident in (re)-sighting/adjusting my firearm and there will be no regression in my accuracy and handling. I've provided a couple of pictures of the light attached to my firearm.

I use my Streamlight Stinger every day. My battery is usually totally discharged every day. I keep 2 batteries so that I can change out during the day because charging takes a couple of hours. The battery will last about 45 minutes in the light when continuously on. That may not sound like much but these lights are ridiculously bright. After a few minutes it will be hot enough that it's uncomfortable to touch. That's lots of energy to create that much heat. This battery would probably power your cell phone for a year if you could tap into the stored energy. I'm getting about 3 years out of a battery the way I use them. A very good battery for a demanding light.

  • I've owned several of these firearm lights & laser combined units. First, this product is the best in it's class. You have the option to save money and go with the red laser. I wouldn't. This is an investment piece and the green is so much easier to see. The lumen brightness is so powerful that it is a "deterrent" itself. The strobe is not all that helpful to me BUT if you have a use for it, I can see it disorienting the target. Overall this is a safe and reliable yet highly effective product with about a 45 second install (on an MPX SIG SAUER). One handed functionality is a breeze. 5 stars plus!

It's bigger than my last two Stinger Streamlight flashlights, but still fits in my flashlight holder. It provides a bright light and fits on my old wall-plug and car-cigarette lighter chargers. And it's purple :). The color scrapes off easily though so I use clear coat nail polish to hopefully protect it a little more.

  • Buen producto, de calidad, sin embargo pensé que el producto llegaría en mejores condiciones, llegó muy maltratado. Pensé que lo empaquetarian con una caja aparte para proteger el interior pero nada.

Perfect fit original replacement lense for my streamlight that had been run over by a bus. Good as new again. Wish someone would make the anti roll rubber ends available.

  • Light is great but what good is it if the switch is broke and I buy a replacement switch which didn’t last 48 hours! Switches in all SL I’ve had are JUNK!!

  • Awesome selection for my Wife’s Glock 48 MOS. Seems to be working as it should, but I would be careful ordering through streamlightoutlet.com. My last light was swapped out with an older model, so I returned it. This one shows up and is put in upside down in the flashlight slot packaging and a zip lock bag to hold the additional items. Very disappointing, especially coming directly from the vendor.

This holder was a little tuff to get on my duty belt, but it works great. I bought another holder a few years back which turned out to be complete junk. It did fit my streamlight stinger well, but would not stay secure to my belt like this one does. It works great so far ,I will keep everyone updated if I find a flaw in the product. This holder fits the 350,650 and 800lms Streamlight Stinger HL. The holder does fit a 2.25 inch duty belt.

  • I like it because the length is good, it fits in the pocket well but at times it can stick out a little more than I like. The clip is good and holds tension well. It has a removable cap to project the light in a little more focused manner and it seems to have exceptional battery life with the 3 AAAA batteries. I like it but if I’m going to be honest I prefer the Coast A9R just because of the way the light is dispersed. The only thing I can say to counter that choice is that the rubber off/on cap on the coast flashlight will tend to fall out if rubbed across a shirt too hard rendering it useless. While the Streamlights cap is well thought out and feels good in the hand. I like this light as a backup.

Bought this to go around of buying the surefire fore end. The coil is perfect to keep things neat as it compresses and stretches with the cycle of a shot gun.

  • Was supposed to be “Used-Like New”. Light seems to be well-used. Lettering is rubbing off indicating lots of use. There’s a blemish on the light cover that won’t clean off. Came in an open package but it looks like someone put an old light in a new package and sent it back. I’ll probably keep it as the light works ok but for an extra $4 I should have sprung for new. Light itself is bright enough, low profile, and light weight.
