Does come with the rail mounts, double sided tape, zip ties, a couple screws and is original!
I read the one star reviews on products I purchase on streamlightoutlet.com to get a good idea what people think about that particular item.well this time the one star reviews where right sadly .I really wanted to like this flash light ,but as one reviewer said they received a used flash light so did i.not only that the battery pack fell apart when I opened it to install batteries 5 little parts just fell out and the battery terminals had battery acid corrosion on it.the black lettering was rubber off like it was a demo piece. the cardboard was all bent over like it was removed and replaced several times .I think the flash light was well made felt rugged and a bit heavy but I would stay away from this particular seller.

Not quite as nice of tail switch as the original polytac. While this new version can stand on its tail, the new higher end pieces make operating the switch a little bit harder when all you want to do is use the momentary on feature.
I just got my Streamlight Flashlight today and I have to say it's the best flashlight I now own. I love all the ways you can charge this thing. You can tell it is well built. The only thing that is different from this picture is that the wall plug is not USB style as you see in this pic. It's a hardwired plug instead with a mini connector to the base, but that is not a problem though, because you also have that cigarette lighter charger which can get charge as you drive in your car. My brother in-law is a mechanic and he turned me onto this light one day at a cookout and he's had his for 7 years and still going strong. Now I have to save up for another one.
Says it fits the polly stinger but it does not.

Wrong flashlight is shown on the product page. I wanted the narrower strion. I returned it and ordered the correct strion.
I ordered this item with a few other smaller items. Once it arrived the entire box was fine, every other item was fine, and the flashlight itself was ok. The rest of the product with the flashlight, however, had battery acid leaked throughout. Some of it was dried, some of it was wet. It had been soaking in the battery acid long enough it discolored the batteries themselves. Maybe instead of a ziploc bag they can wrap the batteries a better way. I'm unsure of what happened, but the leak went throughout the product itself. After utilizing brand new batteries that I had gotten, I inserted them and attempted to test the product. Sadly, nothing worked. The product looks great, but maybe I was very unlucky. Too bad, I was looking forward to the product.
This is an excellent optic and flashlight for your handgun, bar none. This is not about that, this is about the fact that streamlightoutlet.com cannot discern between the two models, one that is end of life being the TLR-7a and the new TLR-7x clearly described in this product. And to be clear, there IS a difference as described by the vendor, Streamlight. I spoke to them directly and the new 7x supports the use of more powerful rechargeable batteries. The circuitry that controls, the LED has been updated in this model. Using rechargeable batteries in the 7a WILL cause damage and failure. I received the 7a instead of the 7x. Unfortunately, PER streamlightoutlet.com, they cannot reliably have you return and get the right model. This is largely to due to the fact that the SKU 80926-69424 is identical on both. So this falls on StreamLight as well. For now, you should purchase this elsewhere like opticsplanet.com that definitely know the difference. If you got a 7a, return it for your money back from streamlightoutlet.com.
I managed to drop it just right to break the tailcap. However, the flashlight is just too useful with the anglehead, clip that attaches to molle, a pocket or a helmet and various light settings that I bought another one.
