  • Low profile and price, thumbs up 👍

  • Swapped the original factory battery door with this in seconds and now my old Stinger LED has two switches for easier use depending on how I am holding it. It's good to have options.

  • This light is very bright and has amazing throw. It lights up targets at 100yds very easily. It's good out to 300yds and will possibly be decent enough at 400-500yds, maybe even farther. If you're looking for a flashlight with long throw (light that will reach out far) you should look at the Candela rating rather than Lumens, this light has both high Candela (48,000 peak beam) and Lumens (775 lm). The mounting system is easy to install and take off by tightening or loosening the knob. You can also replace the batteries easily with the flashlight still attached to the gun. 775 lm is great but brighter isn't always better. If you intend to use this flashlight for home defense or an all around flashlight, this probably isn't for you. The large head can be obtrusive, it isn't a problem if you are willing to deal with it. 775 lm is too bright for this type of light to be used in close quarters. It can be done, but the hot spot is very bright, brighter than a regular 775 lumen light. It can be blinding if shined in confined spaces such as lowering your weapon at the floor or using the light in a house, close quarter situations etc. If your turning this light on and off throughout a house and your eyes are adjusted to the dark, you will lose that advantage and the brightness can even hinder your ability to see in the dark. Another thing to consider, the beam is narrow acting more like a spotlight even in close quarters. If this light had a low/med/high settings, it would be the perfect light for me. The pressure switch system is very cumbersome, but it does work. The pressure switch feels poorly made, it doesn't feel like a solid switch. When using the pressure switch you only have momentary on and strobe option, you can't have a steady on/off option even when you switch the flashlight to on. Overall, this light is great for what it was intended for, I can see it being excellent for hunting, searching the woods and other outdoor stuff, but it wasn't for me so I returned it. I wanted a more flexible flashlight rather than one with extremely long throw, which this light is far more capable of doing than any of my other lights. Plus I don't use my light at long distances much, but it was great for lighting up targets extremely well at 100-200yds when I used it. 4/5 stars, The pressure switch system felt cheap and was cumbersome, If the light had low/med/high settings I would've probably kept it. Please let me know if my review helped. Thanks!

  • Not as bright as the older models. No rear on/off button. This is a base model. Not for use in automotive. The on/off rubber pad will shrink & you will loose it w the on/ off button. Notice my others all have the rubber button still in place.

Les recomiendo no comprar este producto vale mucho y lo que tarda es poco tiempo y no se pierde gastar tanto dinero para lo que tarda la luz

  • Lost it drilling grass seed a couple months ago… my son found it after rain, sun, hot & cold. It still works. Will buy again

  • It's slim form factor was a huge reason why I chose this light. I own several streamlight and other namebrand lights. By far the best light I own. Barely notice it in your pocket, rarely turns on from standing and sitting. It's almost as thin as a Kershaw Livewire, and the grip allows a perfect fit in my hand.

  • It's pretty much universal despite being listed specifically for Remington. It fit my H&K Fabarm FP6 very well (see pictures) with adequate clearance for the pump action.

Only used holster about 3 months when last night fell off my duty belt. The backstrap stitching broke. Streamlight needs a much more robust backstrap and stitching to hold. Without the change no user with a 100 to 125 dollar flachlight can have any confidence in this holster.

The lead for the flashlight works but the lead for the IR Laser breaks when trying to insert!!!

  • This light is way better than I expected for $100. The light is more than bright enough, with good spread for clearing rooms and enough focus to blind and disorient. Not nearly too bright that I'm going blind from the bounce, but it can definitely daze you if you hit a mirror. Have someone strobe you with it in the dark--not fun. Streamlight says it'll get 6 hours out of a pair of batteries but we'll see. If it's even an hour that's plenty for me to trust it to work when I need it. 10 more batteries was like $12 so it doesn't matter for me. The spread and brightness make for a pretty minimal shadow when I mount it next to the barrel, but I offset it above and the shadow totally disappears from view. The pressure switch is the real winner here. It takes a good amount of pressure so I can wrap my thumb over for recoil without getting a light AD, but it activates easily with confidence anywhere along its length. I see people using the included zip ties to mount the switch and I can't imagine why--the rubber pic clips are tight enough that they're hard to take off if you wanted to. The wire is a good length so it cleans up easy without a lot of extra that needs to be taped up like other switches. The mount is a little bulky but it just barely misses my front sight so I'm happy with it. Everything could be smaller and lighter, but not at this price and not enough that it's worth paying more. 100% good value. I'll put another on my 10.5" right away.

  • If you are looking for a sturdy tough and rugged flashlight. Then this is the flashlight for you. I work on buses and semi-trucks. This flashlight is a great investment. It holds a charge for days. It is really bright. I especially like the rubber ring that stops it from rolling off things or away from you. The charger dock is awesome. I have it mounted to my toolbox, so it is always ready to go. It fits nicely in the hand. The flashlight has groves in the handle so it is not going to slip if your hands are grease or oily. This came with a flashlight, battery, charger, cord, and rubber ring. Also came with hardware to mount the charger. You can't go wrong with this flashlight. To say it is strong is one thing, but I ran this flashlight over with a car and nothing happened to it. So I can tell you this is a great flashlight.

  • I bought a few flashlights to compare. I wanted to be able to scan my woods. These pics show two streamlight flashlights. The Streamlight ProTac HL 5-X is much, much better for not too much more. The stinger is ok for a "household' flashlight but even then I would not get it. The snap in charger is not user friendly. Snapping it in is a tight fit and I felt like I was going to break it

  • This flashlight is extremely nifty... Not a super bright light but after doing research it shows that only 100 lumens are needed to cause pain and temp blindness.. Just a 100 lumenis needed for that! The only reason why I docked a star is because the strike bezel on the flashlight is made to smooth and in line with the light in such a way that this would be almost the same as using a mag light as a striker.. The bezel needs to be longer to be more effective than a maglight or any other tubular flashlight. As it stands the bezel rest basically on the plastic bulb cover for the flashlight one strike may break the plastic cover and the led it self. Also this is kind of funny what looks to be a bezel on the light is no more than slits cut into the light giving the look from a distance or on the web as a semi pointy poker thing...it's not it's just a regular tube with smooth depressed cuts.. All of this is solved by making the bezel at least 1/2" longer than the rest of the light... Then only then would this be what I was looking for
